AKC Champions: 3 Standard Poodles Rise to the Top (2022-2023)
Achieving an American Kennel Club (AKC) championship is no small feat. It requires a combination of exceptional breeding, impeccable grooming, and the skillful presentation of our poodles in the competitive conformation ring. We’re thrilled to share that three of our standard poodles have ascended to the rank of AKC Champions. Each title represents the culmination of a meticulously planned journey, marked by hard work, dedication, and a deep love for our poodles. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the professional handlers who have played an instrumental role in guiding our poodles to this esteemed status. Their expertise, dedication, and skill have been pivotal in showcasing the exceptional qualities of our dogs in the show ring. As we express our gratitude to these handlers, we also acknowledge the trust and partnership that exists between us. Ushering in the UKC Champions (December 2019-September 2023)
Our venture into the United Kennel Club (UKC) realm has been equally remarkable. The crowning glory lies in the impressive tally of 14 UKC Champions who have graced our program. These champions embody the pinnacle of breed standards and have captivated judges and enthusiasts alike with their outstanding qualities.
Elevating to UKC Grand Champions (February 2020-September 2023)
Taking our accomplishments a step further, we’re proud to announce that 11 of our standard poodles have achieved the prestigious title of UKC Grand Champion. These achievements reflect the commitment to excellence that defines our breeding program and our unwavering belief in the quality of our poodles.
UKC Gemstone Titles: Romeo and Katie Shine Bright
In our pursuit of excellence, two remarkable poodles, Romeo and Katie, have truly shined. Their dedication and prowess have led them to achieve a total of 5 UKC Gemstone Titles. These Emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire Grand Champion titles are a testament to their unwavering commitment to breed standards and their exceptional performances in the show ring.
National Best of Breed: A Pinnacle Achievement
One of the highest honors a standard poodle can achieve is the National Best of Breed title. It’s a recognition of not only the individual dog’s excellence but also the breeding program’s commitment to producing top-tier poodles. We’re thrilled to have earned this prestigious title, and it motivates us to continue our journey of excellence.
Best/Reserve Best in Show and Best/Reserve Best Puppy in Show: Moments of Triumph
In the world of dog showing, every Best in Show and Reserve Best in Show win is a momentous occasion. We’ve had the privilege of celebrating 14 such victories, where our standard poodles’ exceptional qualities stood out among the competition. Additionally, our puppies have made their mark, earning 8 Best Puppy in Show and Reserve Best Puppy in Show awards. These achievements fill us with pride and highlight the promising future of our breeding program.
Performance and Companion Titles: Versatility on Display
Our poodles aren’t just champions in the show ring; they’re also versatile performers. With over 80 performance and companion titles to their name, they’ve excelled in various dog sports including agility, barn hunt, dock diving, FastCAT, field work, precision coursing, rally obedience, and scent work.
Total Dogs Earned by Katie: A Testament to Her Exceptional Quality
Katie, one of our standout standard poodles, has achieved the esteemed title of Total Dog not once but twice. This title recognizes her excellence in both conformation and performance events, showcasing her versatility and exceptional qualities.
Service and Therapy: Work Making a Difference
We’re immensely proud that 15 of our pups/dogs have been selected for service work, while many more have become beloved therapy dogs. Their dedication to helping others and making a positive impact in people’s lives is a testament to their exceptional temperament and training.
Offspring Success: Carrying the Legacy Forward
Our poodle lineage continues to shine through the accomplishments of their offspring, who have earned an impressive 90+ titles with their owner/handlers, including UKC Championships and Grand Championships. This legacy of excellence is a source of great pride and motivation for us.
